研究概要

免疫細胞の生体内動態は自然免疫と獲得免疫の連携に重要な役割をはたす。高内皮細静脈(HEV)はリンパ球のリンパ節への動員を制御する。HEVに発現する細胞動員分子に着目し免疫細胞の動態制御機構を解析した結果、リンパ球のHEVからの血管外遊走にautotaxin(ATX)と呼ばれる酵素とこれが産生する生理活性脂質LPAが重要であることが示された。また形質細胞様樹状細胞の脾臓への動員と組織内遊走が特定のケモカイン受容体(CCR7およびCXCR4)により制御されることが示された。さらに血管内皮細胞は局所で進む自然免疫応答に呼応して細胞動員シグナルの発現をダイナミックに制御することが示された。
