研究概要

尿のプロテオミクス解析と、尿に出現する糸球体局在タンパク質の探索により、尿細管傷害マーカー(NGAL、 L-FABP、 KIM-1、 Megalin)、糸球体傷害マーカー(podocalyxin、 SHPS-1、 Crumbs-like protein 2)をバイオマーカーとして選択し、三連四重極型質量分析計のSRMモードで定量するための条件を決定し、同時多項目定量法の至適化を行うところまで到達した。
