研究概要

p57KIP2遺伝子メチル化の有無を指標とした悪性リンパ腫の予後予測モデルの開発を目的とした。リンパ腫症例では病変のみではなく末梢血の血清検体からもDNAのp57KIP2遺伝子メチル化が検出可能でありバイオマーカーとして汎用性が高いと考えられた。臨床試験での検証が重要である。
