研究概要

大腸癌の遺伝子発現により cetuximab 療法の効果予測式を作成することを目的とした。トレーニングセット 30 例で 61probe により予測式を作成した結果、sensitivity, specificity,は、それぞれ 91.7%、94.4%、であった。また、テストセット16例で効果予測精度の検証を行った結果、sensitivity, specificity は、それぞれ 60.6%、81.8%であった。
