研究概要

神経筋接合部においてアセチルコリン受容体(AChR)はクラスターを形成しており、このAChRのクラスターにAChが結合すると筋収縮が引き起こされる。本研究においては歯の欠損がAChRのクラスター形成に及ぼす影響について調べた。その結果、歯の欠損はAChRクラスターの成熟に大きな影響を与えることが示唆された。
