研究概要

口腔癌の早期診断のためのバイオマーカーとして唾液による口腔癌診断の可能性を網羅的に解析した。その結果、口腔癌患者唾液中に特異的高発現を検出したcystatin SNとsalivary acidic proline-rich phosphoprotein 3/4は唾液新規腫瘍マーカーとなり得る可能性を示した。
