研究概要

自覚症状や自分の体の状態をどの程度思い出せるかを調べるために、高負荷群(救急隊員)と対照群(非交替勤務者)でその都度記録した症状と一日の終わりに思い出して記録した症状の比較を行った。その結果、それぞれの記録は相関はするものの相関係数は低く、一部の症状では平均や個人内分散に有意差がみられることを明らかにした。さらに出場時の症状はより強く思い出すという記憶の偏りも明らかになった。これらの結果により自覚症状や体の状態についての記憶の脆弱性(忘れやすさ、偏りやすさ)が示された。
