研究概要

医学科4年次の全国共通進級試験受験を急性ストレスモデルとして、エクソンアレイとリアルタイムRT-PCTを用いて、27遺伝子のストレス特異的選択的スプライシング反応の中からp53を介するストレス反応に重要なSMG-1遺伝子のエクソン63をスキップしたバリアントを同定した(Neurosci Lett, 2010)。医師国家試験受験者の慢性心理的ストレスモデルとして、グルココルチコイド受容体の選択的スプライシング反応の解析を行い、受容体機能のないGR-betaの発現が特異的に低下する事を誌上発表した(Stress, 2011)。
