研究概要

本研究では、運動強度を歩数および生理学的応答で規定した場合での、水中および陸上ランニング時の筋活動に関する研究を行った。その結果、同一の歩数条件下では、水中ランニング時の下肢筋活動は、陸上ランニング時よりも低い(大腿直筋、腓腹筋)または同等(大腿二頭筋、前脛骨筋)であった。また、運動強度を同一の心拍数で規定した場合、水中および陸上ランニング時の、腓腹筋以外の下肢筋の筋活動量は、同等である可能性が示唆された。
