研究概要

乳酸菌由来抗菌ペプチド、バクテリオシンの構造を解析し、エンテロシンW、ロイコサイクリシンQ、ワイセリシンY・Mなどの新奇バクテリオシンの構造が決定された。また、ラクティシンQ、エンテロシンNKR-5-3、ワイセリシンY・Mなどの生合成遺伝子群とその機能を解析し、生産制御機構の一端が明らかとなった。さらに、ラクティシンQやエンテロシンWなどの作用機構を解析し、抗菌作用に特異性をもたらす要因の一部が明らかとなった。
