研究概要

本研究においては、国内産食用小麦および国内産食用小麦と蛋白質含有量が近いために強い代替財としての性質を持つ豪州産麺用小麦「スタンダードホワイト (ASW) 」を対象として、様々な農業保護政策および輸入政策下における作付量や品質指標をはじめとする日本国民の厚生の構成要素について、期待値と確率分布を厳密な生物・物理・経済モデルを用いて推計し、政策決定者に供与した。
