研究概要

生体防御システムの破綻と病態
Keap1-Nrf2システムは内因性・外因性刺激に対して生体防御遺伝子群の発現を制御する。Keap1欠損マウスにおける恒常的なNrf2の活性化は上部消化管に過角化を引き起こすことが報告されている。本研究では、タンパク質分解系オートファジー不全時におけるKeap1-Nrf2システムの破綻が引き起こす肝病態について解析した。その結果、Keap1によりNrf2の活性が適切に制御される重要性を示した。
