研究概要

本研究において我々は腸炎ビブリオの有する6型タンパク質分泌装置構造体の同定とその付随するATPaseについて研究をおこなった。6型タンパク質分泌装置に必須のATPaseの精製をおこない、そのATPase活性や相互作用するタンパク質群を同定した。また6型タンパク質分泌装置依存的に分泌されるタンパク質の機能ドメインの解析によって分泌に必要なドメインを決定した。
