研究概要

TLR9の発現増強や、サイトカインの刺激により、糖鎖構造・糖鎖修飾酵素の活性化が誘導され、糖鎖異常IgA1や糖鎖異常IgA1特異的IgGの産生が亢進することが示され、扁桃を主とした異常な粘膜免疫応答により、IgA腎症の病態において重要な免疫複合体が形成されることが示された。血中バイオマーカー(糖鎖異常IgA1、糖鎖異常IgA1特異的IgG、およびIgG-IgA免疫複合体)を測定することで、扁桃摘出術の適応と治療効果判定に応用できると考えられた。
