研究概要

乾癬は原因不明の難治性皮膚疾患である。本症の病態に自己免疫の機序が関与しているか否かは明確ではない。Corneodesmosin (CDSN)欠損マウスの皮膚病変がヒトの乾癬と類似することを踏まえ、CDSN欠損マウスの皮膚を移植したレシピエントマウスに抗IL-22中和抗体を投与する実験を行った。その結果、抗IL-22中和抗体投与マウスとコントロール抗体投与マウスとの間で皮膚病変に明らかな差異を認めなかった。今後は、Th17系の炎症性サイトカインであるIL-23の関与についても検討する必要がある。
