研究概要

シナプス足場タンパク質のMAGI2はグルタミン酸受容体を含む多様な機能分子と相互作用し、統合失調症の認知機能障害との関連が示唆されている。本研究ではMAGI2の遺伝子多型と統合失調症の関連解析を行い、さらにその多型が認知機能に与える影響について検討を行った。その結果、MAGI2の2つの遺伝子多型(rs2190665、rs4729938)が統合失調症と関連し、さらにrs2190665は統合失調症に特徴的な実行機能障害にも関与することが明らかになった。
