研究開始時の研究の概要

The study examines leader humility and its positive influence on employee creativity. Taking a comparative approach, the study intends to disclose the difference in the underlying psychological mechanism through which leader humility is linked to employee creativity in the U.S. and Japan.

研究実績の概要

The research has progressed effectively throughout the year. The primary research goals for this period included identifying and disseminating findings, as well as further developing the study. In pursuit of these goals, segments of the data were analyzed and interpreted for presentations at conferences, where valuable feedback was garnered to enhance the research. Additionally, a segment of the findings, particularly those concerning leader humility and work-life facilitation, has been published in a scholarly journal. Furthermore, in an effort to refine and advance the study, extensive discussions were held with research collaborators to explore strategies for driving more significant and insightful contributions from the research.

理由

Owing to conducive research conditions and substantial assistance from the research collaborators, the research has been carried out in an effective way so far.

今後の研究の推進方策

The research will be conducted in accordance with the research plan. After completing the data collection and analysis for the U.S. dataset, the research findings will be refined and submitted to a peer-reviewed scholarly journal. This submission aims to disseminate the results widely, engaging a diverse readership. Also, upcoming plans include hosting a seminar or workshop to share the findings with a broad range of individuals from various professional backgrounds.
