研究実績の概要 |
Technology-based interventions (TBIs) such as those using phone call, text messages, and smartphone apps are widely used for improving routine vaccination coverage and timeliness worldwide. The main purpose is to conduct to synthesize information on effectiveness and cost-effectiveness of TBIs in improving immunization coverage in low- and middle- income countries (LMICs). In 2022, a comprehensive electronic database (PubMed, Web of Science, and EBSCOhost) search has been performed to identify the relevant articles. A total of 11,962 relevant articles have been identified. After discarding the duplicate 8,290 articles were identified for title and abstract screening. Two independent reviewers were hired to screen the review based on the PICOS framework and inclusion criteria. In addition, we have registered our protocol in the PROSPARRO. In 2023, two reviewers independently completed the full text screening and additional database search. Then the confect was resolved by third reviewers. After that the data were extracted based on the customized data extraction form. The data extraction form included the publication year, study sample, location, design, intervention, effect size, vaccination coverage rate, cost, and effectiveness of intervention. Two independent reviewers performed the risk of bias assessment for each included study using the Joanna Briggs Institute (JBI) Tools.

3: やや遅れている
理由
I am a little behind schedule. The full-text screening, data extraction and quality assessment were completed in 2023. We have identified the additional articles in the reference search of the included articles. It takes time to complete the data extraction and quality assessment. Therefore, I can't finish the data analysis and report writing in time.

今後の研究の推進方策 |
In 2024, I will prepare the data for meta-analysis. I plan to use Bayesian network meta-analysis. Bayesian network meta-analysis will be performed to identify the most effective intervention for vaccination coverage. Finally, the incremental cost-effectiveness ratio of interventions will be calculated to assess the economic efficiency of each intervention in increasing coverage. The final report, conference presentation and manuscript for publication will be prepared in 2024.
