研究開始時の研究の概要 |
During this period, our goal is to write a manuscript on FeCoMnNiCr-based HEA carbon nanocomposites and publish it in a reputed journal. Additionally, we plan to investigate other material combinations such as PtPdRuMoNi and/or PtPdRuIrRh to develop promising mesoporous HEA nanostructures for sustainable hydrogen/oxygen evolution and nitrogen/oxygen reductions.

研究実績の概要 |
The work involved conducting extensive experimental studies aimed at identifying the most promising combinations of elements for developing high entropy alloy (HEA) nanostructures. We focused on a set of elements, including Fe, Co, Ni, Mn, and Cr, which have similar atomic size and electronegativity. To catalyze hydrogen evolution reaction (HER), oxygen evolution reaction (OER), and chlorine evolution reaction (CER), we developed a single-step pyrolysis technique to synthesize a high entropy alloy of Cr, Mn, Fe, Co, and Ni on a conductive carbon substrate.
