| 研究開始時の研究の概要 |
より透明性の高いインターネット環境を設計し、消費者を保護するためには、オンラインプラットフォームの運営者／参加者が偽情報を作成する動機を理解することが重要である。本研究では、プラットフォームの価格設定戦略とそれに対応する厚生分析について研究している。最終的には、偽ユーザーのいるオンライン市場をどのように規制し、消費者をどのように保護するかについて、政策的な示唆を与えることを目指す。

| 研究実績の概要 |
A recently completed project analyzed firms' pricing strategies when dealing with heterogeneous consumer groups. Building on this project, I am continuing to investigate firms' decisions (e.g. whether to join a platform or not) in other settings where they face heterogeneous consumers. I am currently working on a new model that coordinates various factors such as costs, prices and consumer preferences, studying firms' behavior in equilibrium and the corresponding welfare effects.
