研究概要

ホイッスラーモード波・コーラス放射および電磁イオンサイクロトロン（ＥＭＩＣ）波トリガード放射の発生機構について、衛星観測に基づいて物理モデルを作り、第一原理に基づく計算機シミュレーションを実行し、エミッションの再現することに成功した。さらに、その理論解析を通じて、内在する非線形波動粒子相互作用の素過程を解明することができた。特に、これまでの研究では、わかっていなかった周波数上昇を伴う非線形成長の飽和過程とサブパケット構造を持つコーラス放射の形成機構に関する理解において大きな進展があった。
