研究概要

シグナル伝達系は細胞の増殖・分化等の基本的な生命活動を制御しており、その破綻は癌をはじめとする種々の疾患の発症と密接に関連することが知られている。本研究課題において、我々はタンパク質安定同位体標識（SILAC）法と高精度nanoLC-MS/MS型質量分析システムを用いてピロリ菌感染応答における胃癌細胞内シグナル伝達系のシステム解析を行い、感染応答によるリン酸化プロテオームの時系列動態情報、並びに病原因子CagAの包括的結合蛋白質情報を取得した。
