研究概要

①骨巨細胞腫において、免疫染色によるglutathione peroxidase1(GPX-1)の発現の有無が術後再発を予測するマーカーであることを示した。また、特にp53変異とそれに伴いGPX-1の発現が亢進している場合は、転移や悪性転化に関与する可能性を示した。
②プロテオミクスを用いて、軟部肉腫に分類されている胃腸管間質腫瘍(GIST)において、ATP依存性RNAヘリカーゼであるDDX39の発現が、予後不良因子であることを示した。また、KCTD10の発現が予後良好因子となることを示した。
