乳児における採尿方法の確立

研究概要

本調査に参加した乳児は合計150名(男児76名、母乳育児のみ79名、平均月齢6.3+/-2.8ヵ月、平均身長68.0+/-8.8cm、平均体重8.0+/-2.4kg、平均在胎週数39.5+/-1.9週)であり、そのうち採尿することができた乳児は70名(53.4%)であった。採尿までに要した日数・時間はそれぞれ、採尿を試みてから平均5.0日・平均10.3分後であった。採尿できた乳児と採尿できなかった乳児の間で、男児の割合や月齢等の基礎特性に差は認められなかった。本研究期間全体を通して、我々の提案する方法によって半数程度の幼児の採尿が可能であることが示唆された。
