研究概要

本研究では、トンネルダイオードとマイクロ波表面インピーダンス超伝導体の磁場侵入長の変化を高精度で測定できる装置を開発した。これにより主として鉄系高温超伝導体における超伝導ギャップ関数の構造が元素置換と圧力に対しどのように変化してゆくかを調べた。
