研究概要

骨髄由来の血管内皮前駆細胞(endothelial progenitor cell, EPC)は,皮膚創傷治癒にも関与している.CCR5 遺伝子欠損マウスでは,損傷部局所における EPC 数が少なく,創傷治癒が遅延していた.以上,皮膚創傷治癒では,CCR5 を介したシグナルが EPCの動員を制御していることを明らかにした.また,法医実務的にヒトの皮膚損傷試料では, EPCが受傷後経過時間判定の有用な指標であることを明らかにした.
