研究概要

着床・妊娠にかかわる胚の認識機構を制御する分子の同定を試みるため、人為的に implantation windowを早期に解放させ、継時的に採取した卵管および子宮組織における遺伝子発現をマイクロアレイを用いて網羅的に解析した結果、implantation windowの開放時に発現が上昇した遺伝子 2個、および発現が減少した遺伝子 1個を得た。これらの遺伝子の発現をリアルタイム PCRでより詳細に検討した結果、交配後での子宮での発現上昇、その後の急速な抑制、および着床時における卵巣での発現上昇を認めた。今後、これらの遺伝子を implantation windowの制御因子候補として、より詳細な検討を加える必要がある
