研究概要

本研究を通じ、一見、雑多な印象を受ける干潟再生に関する多様な意見も、その人の事業への賛成・反対に関わらず、以下の中心的な言説に分類可能なことが分かった。それらは「再生行為の意義」、「喪失の経験と不安」、「公正さの担保」、「未来への展望」、「対立の打破（和解の言説）」である。これら5つの言説要素は、今後の干潟再生における合意形成の場で注意深く拾い上げ、互いに理解を深めるべき項目となり得る。
