若手研究(B)
世界経済が停滞する中，各国の製造現場は多種多様な人材で支えられており，熟練技術者は人材スキルを考慮しながら，複雑な生産計画を設計している．しかしながら，管理技術ノウハウに関するモデリング研究は，具体的事例が散見される程度である．そこで本研究は，近年，確率推論の一つとして注目を浴びているベイジアンネット推論技術を適用し，非熟練技術者でも熟練技術者に近い最終評価値が求められるような，操作者スキルに適応した動的フィードバック生産計画支援システムのプロトタイプを開発した．
