研究概要

本研究課題においては，国際的な企業間合併に関する基礎研究を行った．初めに，国際的企業間合併の基礎となる国内企業間の合併の分析を行った．そこでは，資本の生産性の異なる合併前後の企業と対応する組合との賃金交渉が国内の企業間合併に与える影響を考察した．国際企業間合併の研究においては，合併前後の企業内での所有と経営の分離，およびそれに伴う経営委任のあり方が，国際的な企業間の合併にどのような影響を与えるかを分析した．また，上記の国内および国際企業間合併の分析の基礎となる賃金交渉や所有と経営の分離に関する単独の研究も同時に行った．
