研究成果の概要

本研究では、半導体素子のシミュレーションモデルに由来する移流拡散方程式の初期値問題について、解の時間大域挙動を与える漸近展開を導出した。半導体素子内部の荷電粒子は自らの形成する静電場の移流効果を受けながら熱力学的な効果により拡散する。特にその拡散経路は半導体に添加された不純物の原子上に限られるため、拡散は跳躍的である。本研究では跳躍する粒子の拡散を記述する上で妥当な分数冪の拡散を与えた方程式を考察し、その解の挙動が拡散の強弱によって大きく異なることを証明した。
