高周波数ジャイロトロンにおける周波数連続可変性と高性能化の研究

研究概要

蛋白質構造解析のために，周波数連続可変性を有する高出力光源であるジャイロトロンの開発を行った．磁場強度の掃引により，本研究の目標である395GHz周辺にて約4GHzに亘る周波数連続可変性と50W以上の発振出力を達成した．加えて,電子銃のアノードとカソード間電圧の掃引でも約1GHzの周波数可変性を実現した．今回開発した周波数連続可変ジャイロトロンは,400GHz帯において最高性能を実現した．
