研究概要

熱帯林・亜熱帯林における樹木葉のエンドファイトのα多様性をメタゲノミクスにより解析した。得られた菌類DNAの95278配列は、相同性閾値97％により224の操作的分類群（OTU）に区分された。門まで特定された178 OTUのうち148 OTUは子嚢菌類であった。主要なOTUは一般的なエンドファイト・病原菌として知られる種であった。菌類群集の類似性は同一樹種の葉間で低く、高いβ多様性が示唆された。
