研究概要

本研究により、miRNeasy RNA isolation kit を用いて血清中のmicroRNA を定量できる事を確認した。さらに血清中での発現が確認された microRNA について全身性強皮症・乾癬・悪性黒色腫・有棘細胞癌や限局性強皮症・皮膚筋炎などの患者群で血清microRNA 濃度を測定し、正常対照群や他疾患との比較を行い、これらの疾患において有用な疾患マーカーとなる可能性を報告できた。 また、強皮症のモデルマウスにおいて let-7a の腹腔内注射により線維化を抑制できる可能性も見いだした。
