Access to reliable energy is vital for growth, well-being, and achieving UN SDGs, especially in climate efforts. Energy poverty persists in developing nations, exacerbated by COVID-19, causing more extreme poverty. It harms health, education, economies, and the environment, trapping communities in deprivation. This research studies energy poverty's impacts at the individual and household levels, exploring two key questions: [Q1] How does energy poverty affect children's human capital development in developing countries? [Q2] What is the impact of energy poverty on well-being in Vietnam?
