研究開始時の研究の概要 |
Halide perovskites are the most promising classes of emergent semiconductor materials for solar cells and optical displays. Donor-acceptor-type perovskite heterojunctions are necessary for such applications. However, halide migration is a challenging issue in preparing stable heterojunctions, leading to undesired bandgap modification through halogen mixing. The overall outline of the project is to develop stable donor-acceptor-type heterojunction perovskites by suppressing halogen migration through halogen vacancies and capping perovskite surfaces using amphiphilic ligands.
