The aim of this research is to explore the potential of the discovered new salting-out phenomenon at the solid-liquid interface. The study will involve the synthesis and characterization of the separation behavior of water-soluble polymers with minute structural differences. The separative behavior as well as the performance of the separative method will be evaluated by testing under different imaging technologies. The findings of this research will contribute to the development of a conceptually new analytical and separative tool for biomacromolecules.
