研究成果の概要

すでに構築した細胞株を用いた転座発生アッセイシステムを利用して調べると、複製開始点を欠失したプラスミドでもt(11;22)転座発生が観察され、t(11;22)転座はDNA複製に非依存的で、FoSTeSの経路とは無関係であると判断された。一方で、非反復性の、非パリンドロームの構造異常に関しては、その切断点の解析により、1例の欠失と1例の重複では結合部位にマイクロホモロジーが同定され、FoSTeSの概念に合致するものであった。もう1例の欠失では、結合部位に複製のスリップ現象を同定し、FoSTeSで提唱されたDNA複製のエラーが関与している可能性を強く示唆する状況証拠が得られた。
