研究成果の概要

本研究は、健康リスクへの対処に関わる政策、特にリスクの受容と忌避や政策選択に係るリスクコミュニケーションのあり方、特にマスメディアが政策議論に果たす機能について実態調査を行い、国際的な比較実証分析を意図した。本研究では、食の安全・リスクに関わる問題としてBSEと輸入食品問題への対処を検討課題として取り上げ、日本、米国、韓国の主要日刊紙における報道・社説・論説記事の抽出、分類、さらにこれらの比較分析を行った。
