研究概要

大腸癌組織の遺伝子発現により、分子標的薬治療の効果予測を行った。bevacizumab療法を行った41症例の大腸癌組織の遺伝子発現をマイクロアレイにて測定し、RT-PCRによる検証を経て、最終的に3遺伝子および2遺伝子による予測式を作成した。その結果、73.2 %(3遺伝子)および75.6％(2遺伝子)の精度で効果予測が可能であった。さらに同予測に用いた遺伝子については公開データベース上の薬力学データによる評価を行った。本予測式によりテーラーメード治療を視野にいれたbevacizumab療法の効果予測を行える可能性がある。
