研究概要

本研究は、周術期の患者管理に有用な呼気ガス中の揮発性有機化合物（volatile Organic Compounds: VOCs）を特定し、そのガスセンサを開発することである。ガスクロマトグラフィーを用いて侵襲度の高い手術における呼気ガス中VOCsの変動を測定したが、有用なマーカーを特定できなかった。
VOCs測定のためのガスセンサは、水蒸気の影響や触媒活性の低下などがその測定精度に影響を与えることが分かった。
