研究成果の概要

癌の発生と進展の過程には多くの遺伝子異常が認められる。申請者らは、申請者らは43種類の食道扁平上皮癌細胞株に対してアジレント244KオリゴアレイCGH解析を行い、既知の増幅・欠失領域の再評価を行った。（Komatsu S. et al. Carcinogenesis 2009）。本研究は、食道扁平上皮癌株の1q増幅領域に坐位し、高発現するDTL, TMEM206遺伝子について、①食道癌臨床検体を用いたDTL, TMEM206の蛋白発現解析による予後、悪性度に対する評価、②発癌、悪性度に関するDTL、TMEM206分子機構の解明、臨床応用技術の開発を行った。
