研究開始時の研究の概要

Investigation of potential housekeeping tumor suppressor genes using multi-omics data from mouse samples. We expected to characterize potential tumor suppressor genes in mice for many kinds of cancers (pan-cancer) and their root pathways at different cancer stages.
