| 研究開始時の研究の概要 |
Dysregulated immune pathways lead to hyperinflammation-related disorders like Crohn’s disease (CD). The ubiquitin ligase XIAP is implicated in CD. Our study investigates its role in autophagy and immunity in CD and assess disease-causing XIAP mutants and substrates for more effective treatment.
