1.Creating of the in vivo CDK4/6i resistance in mice.
2.Identifying markers and potential targets of CCA resistant adaptations and heterogeneity by single cell transcriptomic sequencing.
3.Testing the candidate resistant prevention agents using 2D 3D and PDXs model.
