研究開始時の研究の概要

POMC neuron secreted neuropeptides are co-released, acting slowly on MC4R expressed in the CA1 region. This local neuropeptidyl pathway is not yet well-understood.In this study, we aim to independently manipulating of neurotransmitters and neuropeptides within CA3 and CA1 regions simultaneously.
