研究開始時の研究の概要 |
This research aims to study electromagnetic radiation (EMR) during rock fracturing to predict short-term precursors of underground collapses due to excavation, earthquakes, blasting, and impacts. EMR shows promise as a detection method, but its mechanisms in rock fracturing remain unclear. This study investigates EMR behavior under various rock conditions, including different rock types, pressures, loading rates, and fracture modes. The goal is to enhance the prediction and prevention of disasters in underground structures.
