To achieve Society 5.0's goals, enhancing the efficiency and sustainability of powder core inductors (PCIs) is crucial. Integrating nanostructured core-shell soft-magnetic particles can address power loss and breakdown voltage issues. This research will produce submicron-sized silica-coated Fe (Fe@SiO2) core-shell particles using aerosol technique with swirling flow. Computational fluid dynamics (CFD) will optimize synthesis parameters. Over two years, Fe@SiO2 particles will be synthesized and evaluated in PCIs, providing valuable insights for electronic device design.
