| 研究開始時の研究の概要 |
This research aims to address the growing need for affordable and comfortable elderly housing in Japan by utilizing AI technology to inform spatial planning decisions. It focuses on integrating spatial aspects into housing policy to enhance living conditions for the elderly and ensure efficient resource allocation. It will develop an AI model to predict urban shrinkage and provide data-driven insights for housing planning.
