緑内障術後結膜下組織における炎症細胞の4次元イメージング

研究成果の概要

2光子励起顕微鏡を用いて、生体マウス眼球で非侵襲的にリアルタイムに結膜下組織を可視化し、炎症反応の観察を行った。LysM-eGFP遺伝子改変マウスを用いることで、蛍光標識された炎症細胞（主に好中球）を追跡・撮像が可能であった。10-0ナイロン縫合を行った結膜侵襲モデルでは、縫合処置後3時間から徐々に時間依存的に炎症細胞数の増加がみられ、また、細胞の移動速度は術後3時間の時点でピークとなり、その影響は72時間まで維持された。これらの新しいライブイメージング技術は、緑内障手術における眼炎症環境や創傷治癒機転の理解につながる成果である。
